該建築剛好位於四周無高樓遮擋，日間充足的陽光與夜間純樸的矮房燈火成為此地區獨特的風景。不管在白晝或夜晚，光線均能透過窗景照射進來，投下重疊的陰影，柔和的勾勒出空間的輪廓。極致的黑灰白成為空間主題色調，透過不同的材料特性凸顯出黑灰白對於空間的層次與透視關聯，使單一的色調也能由內向外擴展。

 

從步入家門的一刻就能感受到靜謐的落塵區與柔和的燈光映入眼簾，並脫離外界的喧囂。透過混泥土牆面從內而外的延展，加入了中島與可伸縮餐桌拓展出開放式餐廚的回流空間，在有限的空間內能滿足一家人同時使用。

由於空間各角落的光線條件差異明顯，因此特別將房屋中心點設立開放式書房，滿足現場豐富而平衡的自然光線及屋主對於辦公與使用電子鼓的爱好環境。同時，這個位置讓家長能以更開放的視角觀察幼童的動態。

在通往主卧的通道當中，巧妙地利用隱藏門分割主臥與公共空間，視線連接各空間同時也保留了隱私，主臥天花的光線設計與局部地坪抬升，使床區產生輕盈的懸浮感，營造沉靜放鬆的氛圍。延續主臥的語彙，延續主臥語彙，更衣室以木材與鏡面門相互映照，放大空間感，使紋理與柔和色調在平靜與深度之間取得平衡，賦予房屋真實而內斂的質地。

 

僅僅只是黑白灰也在每個細節中營造平靜與溫馨的氛圍。即使是最小的元素也經過精心設計，以塑造整體氛圍——這些微妙之處共享音樂、美食，感受家的溫暖。

The building sits in a neighborhood unobstructed by high-rise structures, where ample daylight and the warm glow of low-rise homes at night form a distinctive local landscape. Throughout the day and evening, light filters through the windows, casting layered shadows that gently outline the contours of the interior.

A restrained palette of black, grey, and white defines the spatial language, with material contrasts enhancing depth, hierarchy, and perspective—allowing a single tonal direction to expand naturally from inside to out.

 

From the moment one steps inside, a quiet entry zone and soft lighting create an immediate sense of calm, separating the home from the noise of the outside world.

The concrete wall extends outward to anchor the space, while the island and extendable dining table shape a fluid, open kitchen-dining loop, enabling comfortable shared use within a compact footprint.

Because lighting conditions vary significantly across different corners of the home, an open study is placed at the center to capture abundant and balanced natural light, while accommodating the owners’ needs for work and electronic drum practice. This location also offers parents a broader vantage point to observe their young child’s movements.

Along the corridor leading to the master bedroom, a concealed door subtly separates the private and public zones, maintaining visual continuity while preserving privacy. In the master bedroom, the ceiling lighting design and a slightly elevated floor create a soft, floating sensation around the bed, establishing a serene, restful atmosphere. Continuing this vocabulary, the walk-in closet integrates wood surfaces and mirrored doors to visually amplify the space, allowing textures and muted tones to find equilibrium between calmness and depth, giving the home a grounded and understated character.

 

Even within a monochrome palette, every detail contributes to a sense of tranquility and warmth. The smallest elements are carefully considered to shape the overall atmosphere—where subtle gestures, music, meals, and shared moments come together to express the warmth of home.
